OK, I haven’t done much with this blog thing as of yet, but I’ll keep making a stab.
An update on my word RELAX: I really think it’s helping me to have a word and a focus. AND some of the people around me have (you know who you are!) have been occasionally reminding of my word. It’s amazing how often Frankie Goes to Hollywood comes on the radio…
My buddy Ellery has picked her word for the year — SIMPLIFY. I totally love it. Now I have to hit my new Quotationary (this HUGE dictionary-looking thing that I picked up on the bargain bin at Barnes and Noble) for some good SIMPLIFY quotes for her. Unfortunately, there are no quotes listed under RELAX. I guess I’ll have to start coining some of my own RELAX phrases.

I’m headed off on a scrapbooking weekend with my buddy Steph Clouatre and all of our “scrap crap”. It’s my goal to use up a bunch of my paper that I have been buying and hoarding. This paper addiction is really getting the better of me.
